A councilor of the Pomorskie Voivodeship since 2006. Until 2010, he was the vice-chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Polish Armed Forces, and after being re-elected in 2010, he became the chairman. Currently, he also sits on the Budget and Finance Committee and the Local Government and Public Safety Committee of the Pomorskie Regional Council. In 1998 and 2002 he was elected a councilor in Bytów.
He was born on January 3, 1965 in Kołczygłowy. He graduated in management and marketing. An entrepreneur by profession, he started running his own business in the construction industry. In 2015, he was awarded the Honorary Badge for Merits to the Local Government.

Piotr Karczewski was born on August 14, 1964 in Żarów. He graduated from the Maritime University of Szczecin. He is a graduate of postgraduate studies at the University of Gdansk and the Poznan University of Economics. He started his professional career in 1989 in Polish Maritime Shipping in Szczecin. In 2001-2005, the director of the PZU S.A. Inspectorate in Kościerzyna, Tczew and Iława. In 2008-2012, he was the President of the Management Board of SITA.

Ms. Zych-Cisoń sits on two parliamentary committees: the Environmental Protection Committee and the Science, Education, Culture and Sport Committee.
She was born on October 6, 1955 in Sopot. She graduated in environmental engineering, pedagogy, and management in health care facilities at the Gdansk University of Technology. A graduate of postgraduate management studies at the WSB University.
