The Office of the Marshal of the Voivodeship is responsible for promoting the voivodeship, social communication, media relations, and international cooperation. It coordinates activities related to the promotion of the voivodeship in cooperation with other local government units, it develops and disseminates promotional materials. It manages the website Pomorskie.eu, runs the Public Information Bulletin and publishes the magazine “Pomorskie”.

The Marshal’s Office defines and implements the voivodeship’s information policy, including providing photographic and journalistic coverage of important events organized by the voivodeship and preparing audio-visual material from these events. The employees are responsible for the office’s and the voivodeship’s relations with the media, preparing press releases, and organizing conferences for journalists.

In addition, it provides secretarial and office services for the marshal, deputy marshals, and members of the management board, including e-mail services. It provides technical and organizational support for board meetings. It forwards draft resolutions submitted by the board to the Office of the Voivodeship Assembly for consideration at Assembly sessions.
