The local government of the Pomeranian Voivodeship carries out its statutory tasks through the Marshal’s Office and several dozen voivodeship government agencies.
The Marshal is the head of the Office, to whom the employees and heads of voivodeship organizational units are subordinated.
The secretary of the voivodeship - director general of the Office - is responsible for organizing the work of the Marshal's Office and implementing personnel policy.
The organizational structure of the Office consists of several dozen independent organizational units (departments, offices and independent positions).
