Department of Voivodeship’s Property undertakes activities related to the management of real estate owned by the voivodeship, handles matters related to the lease of premises at the disposal of the Office, and is responsible for repairs and the removal of faults within the managed properties. It also deals with the conversion of perpetual usufruct rights into ownership rights and manages real estate.

In addition, it monitors real estate management matters handled by the Voivodeship’s Road Authority in Gdańsk concerning real estate occupied or designated for voivodeship’s roads outside the administrative boundaries of cities with county rights.

It supervises and implements investments co-financed from the state budget and European funds.
