He or she is responsible for implementing personnel policy and selecting employees, as well as improving their qualifications. He or she is responsible for supervising the handling of complaints and petitions submitted to the office. He supervises the disclosure of public information. The office of the director general keeps records of complaints and motions submitted by provincial councilors and national delegations of office employees.
