Responsibilities include handling personnel matters for Office employees and unit managers. Conducts recruitment, organizes professional internships, volunteer work, and apprenticeships, as well as preparatory service. Develops organizational regulations, work regulations, and remuneration regulations. It coordinates procedures related to work processes for the electronic document circulation system and the provision of public information. It performs tasks related to financial disclosure statements submitted to the marshal and is responsible for their publication in the Public Information Bulletin. It also keeps records of the marshal’s orders, powers of attorney and authorizations, and public information made available. It cooperates with the Company Social Benefits Committee and handles matters related to social security and health insurance for employees.
It receives, registers, and distributes incoming mail and sends outgoing mail, and provides support for the ePUAP inbox. It provides secretarial and office support to the provincial secretary – the director general of the office.
