The office performs tasks related to environmental protection, including conducting proceedings for granting permits for the removal of trees or shrubs in Słupsk, maintaining a database of entities using the environment (emitting gases and dust into the air and storing waste), and inspecting these entities.

It also cooperates with the Department of Property and Geodesy in the administration of real estate owned by the province in the Słupsk subregion, as well as with the Sejmik Office in matters related to the service of councilors from this subregion.

In addition, the office’s employees carry out activities related to the promotion of the province.
